We have various options when it comes to displaying cupcakes for your event. 

For an eye catching cupcake display we can wrap some cupcakes as arrangements and the rest individual so you can display on cupcake stands, platters or risers to create an interesting display of varying heights. Unfortunately we do not rent stands/platters/risers but these can usually be supplied by your caterer or venue. We can also create letters or numbers displays out of the cupcakes. For example “A & B” for a wedding, “80” for a milestone birthday or “2023” for a graduation! 

We can also create centerpieces that act as double duty, decor and desert rolled into one! 
We have vases that will fit arrangements of 10 or 12 that are perfect for round guest tables. 
For long tables we have vases that fit arrangements of 7 that can be displayed in intervals down the middle of the tables. 
There is a small charge to borrow the vases and we kindly ask for them to be returned to the bakery in the week following your event. 

Another option would be to individually package the cupcakes to be used as favors at each guest place setting. We have eco friendly plastic containers that showcase the intricate floral design of each cupcake for your guest to enjoy after dinner or take home. 

Example photos are below, please keep in mind that if your event is outdoors the cupcakes should be displayed in a shaded area. Ideally inside with A/C is best, especially during the warmer months of the year. 

We can work with your florist and design your cupcakes to match or coordinate with any floral elements.

We don’t do cakes but we do have a jumbo “sweetheart cupcake”. Twice the size of our regular cupcake it is perfect for cutting and sharing. 
Available in 3 flavors with 3 fillings. Ask for details!
