Terms and Conditions

By placing an order and making payment you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions below.

Baked Blooms LLC is a fully licensed and inspected food facility. We have full comprehensive insurance. 

We are registered with Marin Health Department and as such are legally bound to abide by hygiene standards and regulations. Should we need to cancel your order due to sickness in order to comply with legislation, we will offer a full refund or rescheduled date. Similarly in the case of an unavoidable emergency and we are forced to cancel an order we will offer a full refund or rescheduled date. We will not be held liable for any consequential losses in either case. You should ensure your event insurance includes coverage for such losses.

Your bouquet should be stored at cool room temperature out of direct sunlight or in the fridge. We suggest they be consumed within 2 days (on day of pick up/delivery or following day). If refrigerated or frozen the bouquet should be brought back to room temperature before consumption.
If your event is outside please keep your cupcakes in a shaded area. Direct sunlight will melt and/or fade the color of the buttercream.
We cannot be held responsible for any consequences if these storage instructions are not followed.

Please ensure you advise us of any allergies/ intolerances that may affect your order. Cupcakes are made in a kitchen where all allergens are present. While the greatest care will be taken please note that our kitchen is not a nut free, soy free, or gluten free environment. Shared equipment is used so traces of allergens may be present. We suggest anyone with severe allergies not consume our product.

Our recipes use industry standard pure vanilla extract which contains alcohol due to the manufacturing process. If you prefer alcohol free flavoring to be used in the buttercream for medical/religious/other reasons, please let us know

Our cupcake bouquets contain industry standard artificial food coloring. When placing your order please keep in mind that darker more vibrant colors require more food coloring, although we attempt to use the least amount possible to get the desired shade. Also please be aware that darker colors (especially blue) may result in temporary tongue staining.

The use of birthday candles is not recommended and at your own risk. Please exercise extreme caution as the cupcake bouquet packaging is flammable.

If during our delivery your bouquet is damaged in any way every effort will be made to repair or replace the order. If this is not possible you will be refunded the full amount paid or offered a rescheduled date but please note, we are not liable for any associated costs. You should ensure your event insurance includes coverage for such losses.

Please handle your bouquet with care! Each bouquet is packaged in a bakery box for protection but we cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained once the bouquet has been collected/delivered and is in your care.

Changes to orders are accepted at our discretion up to 48 hours prior to collection/delivery.
Under normal circumstances bouquets cancelled within 48hrs before collection/delivery cannot be refunded. This is being waived due to COVID. There will be a full refund if you need to cancel your cupcake order due to the pandemic

We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. Full payment must be received to confirm and secure your order. Prices quoted are on a case by case basis.

If you wish to collect your bouquet, please keep to your appointment time and advise us of any delays/changes.
For deliveries, we will deliver within the specified time window and will notify you in the unlikely event that we cannot deliver during the specified time.

Each bouquet is made by hand and while we can emulate previous bouquets, colors & styles may vary slightly.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of your cakes, please contact us immediately to discuss possible replacement or refund.

We cannot make our bouquets for resale at this time.

Bouquets cannot be shipped.
